Our Winter Bible Study started on January 18th and goes through Wednesday night. The times for Sunday will be the normal times. Sunday night through Wednesday night will be in the fellowship hall. Monday- Wednesday will be @ 6:15p.m.
There will be a County Brotherhood Meeting on Monday, January 19th at East Columbia Baptist Church @ 6:00p.m.

The Personnel Committee will be bringing the following motion for a vote on the morning of January 25, 2026.
Motion: The Personnel Committee presents, in the form of a motion , Mrs. Diane Hux for the appointment to the position of Ministry Assistant at an annual salary of $18,700. Upon an affirmative vote, Mrs. Hux shall assume the duties of Ministry Assistant position beginning February 2, 2026.
Mrs. Hux shall be responsible for all duties associated with the position, including the completion of all daily, weekly &monthly administrative tasks. She shall work normal office hours and shall be present on Wednesday evenings to receive payment for the Wednesday night meal. Additionally, Mrs. Hux shall prepare all reports required for quarterly business meetings and shall be authorized as a signer on the church bank account for the purpose of writing checks as needed.
Our Annual Valentine's Banquet will be on Sunday, February 15th @ 5:00p.m. The tickets are $10.00 each Please see Carmen Duncan, Beth Fain, Lisa Riley, Jodie Shirley or Lisa Williamson to get your tickets. They are on sale from January 18th- February 8th. Get them ASAP. We need an accurate head count.
