Church Baptist Men's Scrap Metal Round-Up Fundraiser
The Church's Baptist Men would like to conduct a Scrap Metal Round-Up Fundraiser. The idea is to gather until we have enough to take to the scrap yard. All proceeds will go into the Baptist Men's fund to help cover costs of future projects. If you have any scrap metal that you would like to donate, contact Jamie Robinson or Tom Speights to set up a time to pick it up. Also, feel free to ask for assistance with any projects that you need help with. We are here if you need us.
Disaster Relief Bucket supplies need to be brought soon, so that we can prep the buckets. Each Sunday School class was assigned an item to bring.
Our services are now being broadcast on the radio. In order to listen to the services, you can go anywhere in the church parking lot and tune your radio into 90.1.
The Secretary's Office will be closed every Monday to the public for financial accounting. You can leave a message on the answering machine or if you need Dr. Gary, you may call him on his cell phone. The Secretary's office will be open to the public Tuesdays- Friday's from 8:00a.m.-12:00p.m.
The RA's are selling car decals to help purchase items for their fish bottle mission project. Please see David &Anita Brown for the decals. The Car Decals are $10 for Large, $5 for small.

Reminder that the Secretary's Office is closed to the public on Monday's. The back door is open if you need to visit with Dr. Gary or Bro. Zack. Thank you for your cooperation.
All Sunday School Literature (Children-Senior Adults), Please place all old literature in the old fellowship hall area. We use this old literature to send to churches in need. Thank you.
Our Annie Armstrong Goal is $12,000. $1105 has been given thus far.

Menu for Wednesday, April 16th: Baked Pork Chops, Field Peas, Mac &Cheese (homemade), Mexican Cornbread, &Carrot Cake. The Kitchen Helper for this week is Betty Allen.
Mrs. Sheron will not be here Wednesday night for you to pay for your supper. There will be a sheet at the serving table for you to sign letting Mrs. Sheron know who and how many ate. You can pay next Wednesday night.

We will have Adult VBS Week Monday, April 21st-Friday April 25th. The schedule will be 6:00p.m.-8:15p.m. each evening in the Fellowship Hall. Bro. Mark Mcarthur will be our Bible Teacher. There will be a brief time of refreshments between the two bible study sessions. We will have crafts from 7:50p.m-8:15p.m. Please make plans to join us! Childcare will be provided by our acteens for children ages 2 and up.

" Great American Adventure- Saddle Up Your Horses"
Location: Covington/ Jefferson Davis Associational FLC Saturday April 26th from 9:00a.m.-1:00p.m. Boys and girls 1st-6th grade and their leaders. Bring canned good/non-perisable item for food pantry. Register by April 13th. For more information contact Donna Rackley @ (601) 674-6902.
Our Graduate Sunday is Sunday, May 4th. Graduating Seniors and their parents will have breakfast @ 9:30a.m. and we will honor them during the worship service.
There will be a Youth Fund Raiser on Sunday May 18th after the morning service. To go-only Smoked Chicken Plates. Pull up by the fellowship hall door. Donations only.
VBS is around the corner with VBS Kickoff on Sunday, June 1st @ 5:00p.m. Our VBS will be on Monday, June 2nd- Friday, June 6th from 5:30p.m.-8:00p.m.
